Yeah, if you go to your local Whole Foods or Farmers Market, they usually sell local honey. It’s made from all the flowers in your area, and if you eat a tablespoon a day, you’ll build resistance to allergies.

Meal 2: Steamed turkey breast steak and veggies

Tomato and yoghurt salad (~340kcal)

Ingredients:

  • Turkey breast (steamed) 184g
  • 1 whole tomato 122g
  • 2 tbsp Natural fat free yoghurt 57g
  • Handful of spinach 30g
  • Broccoli (steamed)59g
  • Aunt Bessies pea and sweetcorn mix (steamed) 65g
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • 1/4 onion (optional)

Preparation:

Steam the turkey and the veggies, serve on a plate with some spinach, ground black pepper

Dice the tomato (size of the pieces is up to you), put into a bowl, pour the yoghurt on top and add looots of ground black pepper and a pinch of salt.

This recipe is super easy, but really tasty. You can add some diced onion into the tomato and yoghurt salad, which makes it even more divine (I forgot the onion!)!

+i had my afternoon latte. Lactofree milk, no sugar

The Evolution of Dinner:
Homemade pizza! Fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, homemade whole wheat dough, makes me happy :) More people should make homemade pizza! It is soooo easy and fun and delicious! I covered mine with tomatoes, spinach, basil, a few organic sundried tomatoes (those black charred things hahaha that burn quick but taste great!) and fresh ground pepper! So amazingly delicious and filling! And then I have half left over for lunch tomorrow? Does anything sound better!? I am a huge cold leftover pizza fan :))

This is how I get myself to work hard sometimes. Theres a huge loop in my neighborhood where the first part is downhill, then the second part is crazy incline up. Only way to get home is kicking my ass all the way up the hill. Sometimes I have to walk. Sometimes I have to stop and catch my breath. But goddamnit I finish. How the hell else am I getting home?
(ps I feel like a total badass by the time I get home, even if the entire way up the hill I’m sitting there like WHYYYYYY DID I DO THIS? I HATE THIS. THIS IS SO HARDDD. MIA, YOU KNOW HOW BAD THIS IS. WHIIIINE WHINE WHINE.)
